On-board platform

This car is the most versatile truck, which allows you to carry out loading and unloading work on any side of the car. The platform is a welded steel structure with galvanized perimeter, laminate flooring and aluminum sides. It can be completed with a removable awning, a rigid forward wall, back folding gate.

The on-board platform is installed on the truck and is used to transport a variety of goods, such as building materials, large heavy structures, bulk products, furniture and more.

Onboard platforms are made with standard height from 400 to 800 mm or are made according to parameters of the customer from aluminum, galvanized steel and ferrous metal. At the same time, on-board platforms can be individually equipped with an additional awning, a sliding lifting roof and a number of other options at the request of the client.

Types of onboard platforms

Depending on a complete set, onboard platforms are made in the following options:

• House-keeper - a board from a black metal profile covered with anticorrosive paint; the flooring is made of sheets of moisture-resistant plywood; fittings made of galvanized metal; flaps of plastic type.
• Standard - a board from a metalprofile with a polymeric covering or powder painting; the floor is made of bakelite moisture-resistant plywood; metal fittings and plastic flaps.
• Improved - board made of adapted aluminum profile; floor covering from bakelite moisture resistant plywood; fittings - euro standard and plastic flaps.

The higher the type of equipment, the higher the level of rigidity and impact resistance, which makes the onboard platform more reliable.

By type of construction onboard platforms are:

• platform without awning;
• tilt platform;
• with sliding boards;
• with a sliding roof;
• with crane-manipulator installation.

Renault Master, Peugeot Boxer and Mercedes Sprinter - base cars for the onboard platform, differ in the following technical characteristics:

• length of the car in three options: standard, compact, extended;
• driver's cab standard or double;
• cargo platform up to 9,2 m2;
• total permissible weight - 3,000, 3,500, 4,100 or 5,000 kg;
